At present, battery explosion and fire accidents occur frequently in the data room, causing serious losses to the owners. The common battery in the engine room is caused by the explosion and fire caused by the rapid deterioration of one of the batteries after cracking. Since the battery is in series and in parallel, the whole group will spread as long as it burns in a single section, which will lead to a big fire accident.

Battery performance is very complex, different types of battery characteristics are also with big difference. The main purpose of battery management system (BMS) is to improve the utilization rate of battery, preventing overcharge and over-discharge of battery, prolonging the service life of battery and monitoring the status of battery.

The main analysis functions of HUASU BMSs are as follows:
1. Automatic analysis of battery residual capacity;
2. Analyzing whether the battery is invalid or need to be activated;
3. Analyzing the cell voltage when floating charging and finding out rechargeable battery.
4. Analyzing the cell voltage when floating and finding out the overcharged battery;
5. Analyzing the voltage of floating charging string and judging whether the voltage of charger is too high or too low.
